I watched a show last night on TV where a couple viewed 3 homes with a Realtor which were priced at a little over $100,000 and were beautiful! Two were located in new subdivisions on a cul-de-sac streets with large yards, hardwood and tile floors, vaulted ceilings and open floor plans.
